The AAO Annual Session is the centrepiece of the orthodontic calendar. Every year, the industry's brightest minds, fastest-growing labs, and most forward-thinking clinicians gather in one place to see what's next.
This year, Fyous will be there.
We'll be at Booth 708, Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, 1–3 May 2026, and we're bringing something we've never shown publicly before.
We're not ready to tell you exactly what it is just yet. What we can tell you is this: it represents a fundamentally different way of thinking about how dental appliances are made. Not an iteration. Not a tweak to an existing workflow. Something new.
If you're a dental lab, particularly one that's been watching the shift away from traditional workflows and wondering whether 3D printing is really the answer, we think you'll find what we're showing genuinely interesting.
We've spent years developing PolyMorphic Moulding: a reconfigurable tooling technology that replaces fixed moulds with thousands of individually controlled pins. The result is a manufacturing process that's faster, cleaner, and fundamentally simpler than anything currently available. No resin. No curing. No printing.
AAO 2026 is where we bring that technology to the dental world for the first time.
Come and see it for yourself.
We're keeping the number of meetings small so we can give each conversation the time it deserves. If you'd like to secure a slot at the booth, you can book directly here:
We'll see you in Orlando.
