Visitors at our recent event got a hands-on look at some of the first shoe lasts produced by our new PM-01 PolyMorphic Moulding Machine — and with it, a glimpse into the next era of orthotics manufacturing.

The response was immediate. Engineers, manufacturers, and specialists gathered around as the PM-01 demonstrated how fully reconfigurable moulding can transform custom-fit production. What once required multiple fixed tools, long lead times, and costly reworks now happens in minutes — one mould, endless possibilities.

The PM-01 enables rapid forming of custom components like orthotic shoe lasts, using thousands of digitally controlled pins to morph into precise geometries. The result is faster, cleaner, and more adaptive manufacturing — designed to scale alongside evolving medical and footwear needs.

There’s a real sense of momentum around this technology. For an industry built on precision and comfort, the ability to move from design to finished form without traditional tooling marks a major step forward.

This is just the beginning. As we continue to expand our PolyMorphic systems, we’re working closely with partners to make custom-fit orthotics not just possible — but practical, affordable, and scalable.

Learn more about PolyMorphic Manufacturing and how it’s reshaping production across industries.
