Meet the Team Behind
Polymorphic Manufacturing
We provide a solution to mass customisation. Our Polymorphic Moulding technology allows manufacturers to produce custom products with less cost, less material waste, and less manual labour.
Our PM2 PolyMorphic Moulding Machine enables highly automated and precise production of custom parts — increasing capacity and reducing the need for manual processes.

Our History
In 2020, two Sheffield-based engineers set out to venture beyond the capabilities of existing manufacturing technology. Josh Shires (CEO & Co-Founder) had spent years building Mous from the ground up, now a globally recognised tech accessory brand. During this time, he recognised a major problem: modern manufacturing isn’t built to produce bespoke or unique parts at scale. Those pursuing mass customisation and iteration are held back by rigid, costly, and unsustainable technologies.
To overcome this problem, Josh invented PolyMorphic Moulding as a more flexible approach to production challenges. To bring this solution to market, he partnered with Thomas Bloomfield (Co-Founder), a commercially minded manufacturing expert with over a decade of experience in advanced engineering. Together, they began shaping a bold new category of manufacturing capable of achieving what was once thought impossible. With their shared ambition, they built a team of exceptional engineers and developers, turning PolyMorphic Moulding into the powerful technology it is today.
Fyous is driven by a forward-thinking vision, placing sustainability and flexibility at the heart of its mission. The dynamic culture encourages bold ideas and continuous innovation, challenging conventional limits in manufacturing. As the technology gains momentum across global industries, Fyous is setting new standards for the future of production.

What We Do
How We Do It

We provide the solution to mass customisation. Our PolyMorphic Moulding technology enables manufacturers to produce custom products with less cost, material waste and manual labour than ever before. As trusted by the UK's largest independent orthotics manufacturer, we help you break free from the restraints of outdated systems that rely on slow and inflexible technology.
Our PM2 PolyMorphic Moulding Machine is designed to empower manufacturers to stay ahead of their competition. By enabling automated and highly accurate production of custom parts, you'll benefit from increased capacity and a reduction in manual labour.

Our PolyMorhpic system is a completely new way to manufacturer products ranging from shoe lasts and insoles to set designs and props. With thousands of individually-controlled pins, you can form shapes without the need for wasted materials.
The moulds are infinitely reconfigurable, allowing you to create precise custom products again, and again, and again, all with the same machine. This virtually eradicates material waste, helping cut costs and improve sustainability.
We work in close partnership leading manufacturers of custom products. This ensures our solutions delivers tangible results without turning your workshop upside-down. Your team will require minimal technical training to operate our machines, which are designed with ease-of-use and automation in mind.
